OUR VISION

At GenIra 16 Enterprises, LLC, we strive to provide the best training and related services to our clients in the public and private sector. It is because of our experience and dedication, we know this is attainable.

MAKING THE BEST BETTER

GenIra 16 Enterprises, LLC is named for our parents, Geneva and Ira Jones of Laurel, Mississippi. They instilled in us a strong work ethic, the principle of self responsibility, and to give back to the larger community. There were sixteen children in the family reared on the family farm in Jones County, MS; thus GenIra 16 represents the number of children in the family.

Our Family Home

GenIra 16 Enterprises, LLC was formed for the expressed desire to provide quality training to our customers, to create a better work environment, improve moral, and increase job performance.

This group combined has over 125 years of supervisory leadership and training experience with Federal and State Agencies and within a university setting. The members of GenIra 16 Enterprises, LLC are significantly qualified to provide training to the employees of your organization from entry level employees to senior managers. Likewise, our training will greatly enhance many private and non-profit organizations on topics relating to:
